Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") describe the conditions for using the mobile application "Pawendar" (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

The App is a personal tool for recording dog walks and at-home time with your dog in a calendar format, using photos, notes, and stamps.

• Dog profile registration
• Morning / daytime / night walk memos (poop count and status, pee count, notes)
• One "best photo" per day
• Home-time records for days without a walk
• Calendar memories (photos, stamps, frame colors, notes)

The App is not a medical or veterinary service. It does not currently provide GPS walk tracking, social networking, family sharing, or cloud sync; these features are not implemented.

• You use the App at your own responsibility.
• You are responsible for managing your own device, operating system, storage, and backup settings.
• Because the App stores data primarily on your local device, you are responsible for safeguarding your own data, including making your own backups if needed.

• Content you select or save in the App (such as photos and notes — together, "User Content") generally remains owned by you or the legitimate rights holder.
• If your User Content includes other people, other pets, addresses, or other personal information, you confirm that you have any necessary permissions to use that content in the App.
• You agree not to use content in the App that you do not have the right to use, or that violates applicable laws or public order and morals.

Records such as poop count, poop status, and pee count are provided in the App for your personal record-keeping only. The App is not a veterinary service and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or health advice.

For any concerns about your dog's condition or health, please consult a qualified veterinarian. The App provider is not responsible for outcomes resulting from decisions based on records kept in the App.

You agree not to do any of the following when using the App:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts that infringe the rights of others (such as copyrights, portrait rights, or privacy rights)
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the App
• Reverse engineering, modifying, illegally copying, or otherwise misusing the App
• Using the App for veterinary advice or diagnosis purposes

The App may, in the future, add paid features such as a one-time "Pawendar Plus" purchase, additional frame colors, multi-dog support, share card customization, or hiding the "Pawendar" name on shared images.

• When in-app purchases are introduced, pricing and scope will follow what is shown in the relevant app store (App Store, Google Play, etc.) and within the App.
• Payment processing, refunds, and cancellations are handled according to the policies of the relevant app store.

The App is provided ad-free from the start. If ad delivery is introduced in the future, these Terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated in advance.

• The App is provided "as is." The App provider does not warrant that the App is fit for any particular purpose, is free from errors, or will be continuously available.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App provider is not responsible for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App (including, but not limited to, data loss, effects on your device, or judgments related to pet health).
• Parts of the App, or the App as a whole, may become temporarily or permanently unavailable due to device issues, OS updates, or changes in app store policies.

The App provider may add, change, suspend, or terminate features of the App without prior notice. When reasonably possible, material changes will be communicated through the App or related channels.

These Terms may be updated as the App's features, the operational approach, or relevant laws change. Updated Terms take effect when they are published in the App or through related channels.

These Terms and the use of the App are governed by the laws of Japan.
