Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application "Pawendar" (the "App") handles information. The App is a personal tool for keeping a calendar of dog walks and at-home memories with your dog.

By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

The App currently works with the following information, all of which you choose to enter yourself:

• Dog profile (name, breed, birthday, adoption date, dog photo)
• Walk memos (morning / daytime / night time slots, poop count and status, pee count, free-form notes)
• Home-time records (photos, notes, rest reasons)
• Calendar memories (photos, stamps, frame colors, notes)

You decide what to enter. The App does not currently collect your real name, email address, phone number, location data, contacts, or other information that directly identifies you.

The App uses photos you select to display dog walk and home-time memories inside the App.

• Photo library permission is requested only so that you can pick photos for your dog calendar.
• Selected photos are not sent to any server operated by the App at this time.
• Selected photos may remain stored locally inside the App's storage area depending on your device and operating system behavior.
• Photos may include other people, other pets, addresses, or other personal information. You are responsible for making sure you have the right and permission to use any such photos in the App.

The App is designed to store the data you enter on your own device using local storage (such as AsyncStorage).

• No backend server or cloud sync is implemented at this time.
• Deleting the App from your device may delete the data the App stored locally.
• Whether your data is included in device backups (such as iCloud or Google Drive) depends on your operating system and device backup settings. The App does not directly control backup behavior.

At this time, the App does not use third-party analytics services, ad SDKs, external authentication, or cloud storage services.

In the future, the App may add third-party services such as:

• In-app purchases (via App Store, Google Play, etc.)
• Usage analytics
• App store features such as review prompts

When such services are introduced, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe what information may be involved and which providers may receive it.

In-app purchases are not implemented in the App at this time. The App is provided ad-free from the start, with no plans to display ads in the future.

The App may add paid features in the future (for example, a one-time "Pawendar Plus" purchase, additional frame colors, multi-dog support, share card customization). When these features are introduced, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe the related data practices and any information shared with payment processors.

Poop count, poop status, pee count, and similar notes recorded in the App are provided only for your personal record-keeping. The App is not a veterinary service and does not provide medical, veterinary, or health advice.

For any concerns about your dog's health, please consult a qualified veterinarian.

The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from any specific age group. If a minor uses the App, this should be done with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

You can delete individual records (dog profiles, walks, memories, home-time entries) through the App's own features.

You can also uninstall the App, which will typically delete most of the data the App stored locally on your device. Some data may still remain in OS-level or device-level backups depending on your settings.

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the App adds new features, when relevant laws change, or when the operational approach is revised. Material changes will be communicated through the App or related channels where reasonable.
